Step 1. Make the cupcake according to the box instructions.
Step 2. Line your cupcake trays with cupcake liners. Then pour some
batter into each liner.
Step 3. Bake the cupcakes for the directed time and temperature.
Step 4. Let cool completely before decorating.
Step 5. Ice the cupcake.
Step 6. Place a marshmallow on the cupcake. Put some icing on top of the

Step 7. Poke a mini pretzel stick into the first marshmallow. These are the
snowman's arms.
Step 8. Cut a piece of fruit roll up, and put some icing on one side of it.
Wrap it around the second marshmallow. Be sure to leave room for the
face.
Step 9. Put some icing on the second marshmallow above the scarf where
you want the face to be. Glue on 2 mini m&m's for eyes. Cut the end of
an orange slice for the nose. Cut a small piece of shoe string licorice, and
make it into a U shape for the mouth. Put it below the nose.
Step 10. To make the hat, put some icing on the top of the second
marshmallow. Then place a thin mint on top of the marshmallow. Then put
some icing on the the top of the thin mint and place a junior mint on top.
Enjoy!
May as well do it from scratch than using cake mix all the time.
You could do it that way too; it would probably taste better.
hmm, that sounds so cute.. for christmas! Great recipe, kristin!
Thanks. Yes I took a public speaking class in school, and as one of our
speeches we had to do a demonstration of something, so one girl
demonstrated these, and I remembered how she did it. Of course, she baked
the cupcakes at home; she just did the decorating as the demonstration.
oh, that's cool.
